Oceana
Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the world’s oceans. SEGC produced an extensive report on Coke's plastic consumption, projected the company's future plastic expansion, and presented suggestions to reduce plastic usage while promoting revenue growth.
SC Johnson
SC Johnson is a multi-billion dollar company dedicated to making safe and sustainable chemical products. Like SEGC, it believes that tackling waste requires competitive products. The SEGC SC Johnson team conducted market research and provided recommendations for adjusting to the changing consumer retail environment.
OverDrive
OverDrive is a certified B-corp digital content platform and the parent company of Libby, Sora, and Kanopy, with a mission to make eBooks and audiobooks accessible to all. The SEGC OverDrive team participated in beta testing for OverDrive’s new edtech platform designed for university students and, through survey analysis, developed recommendations on product features, launch strategy and targeted marketing initiatives to improve student adoption and engagement.
Formula E
Formula E is a single-seater motorsport championship based in London, UK that utilizes fully electric vehicles in races all over the world. SEGC has developed recommendations for improving Formula E’s social media strategy and fundraising initiatives. Furthermore, the team conducted research on potential U.S. cities where Formula E can hold its motorsport races, as well as using documentaries to further market the motorsport to sustainability-minded individuals.
The Woolmark Company
Woolmark Company is a non-profit enterprise that supports the Australian wool industry with research, development, and marketing. SEGC conducted research to help launch a new sustainable textile program, develop a comprehensive customer profile on the target market, and expand the company’s presence on campus.
The Sonder Project
The Sonder Project is a high-impact social impact non profit that aims to empower impoverished communities in sub-Saharan African countries by working to provide clean water and increase access to education. As part of SEGC, we developed and refined their philanthropic objectives, streamlined scholarship data management, and strategically shaped their annual goals for maximum impact.
